Policies

Standard operating procedure

We have our own procedure for making referrals to us. Once a referral is recieved, the information will be scrutinised to inform a thorough risk and needs assessment. Once we have the necessary information, we can then consider whether we can provide the necessary level of care, support and safeguarding to all involved at that time. Policy and Procedure 

There is a full suite of Policies available to all our team members via TriX and in house procedures are available within our shared computer drive in addition to hard copies being filed in the office.

Training opportunitues and staff care.

All team members have access to regular training, reflective supervision and team meetings. In addition, to support everyone to provide the optimum level of care for our children, team meetings are occasionally attended by our trained psychologist who can offer guidance in delivery of trauma informed practice.
