Meet the Team

Established in 2023, we are comprised of 3 Directors, each with different responsibilities.

Sarah McConnell

Director

Sarah has over 30 years of extensive experience working with children and young people across a wide range of settings. Throughout her career, she has held numerous roles within the sector, including Managing Children’s Homes, Social Worker, and Guardian, giving her a deep and well-rounded understanding of the needs of young people and the complexities of care provision. For the past 11 years, Sarah has worked as an Improvement Consultant for various local authorities, coaching and mentoring professionals from unqualified support workers, through to Director of Children’s Services’, to achieve and maintain Ofsted compliance. In this capacity, she has played a critical role in driving quality standards, implementing best practice, and strengthening services to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people. Her broad experience enables her to appreciate the challenges faced not only by children and families, but also by professionals working within the sector to deliver compassionate, consistent, and effective care in line with legislative requirements.
