Planned Placements
In Daffodil House, we are able to accommodate up to 3 children/young people. We provide an inclusive, bespoke care package based on individual assessed needs.
We work closely with partner organisations and the local community to support children, young people, and where possible, their families with the necessary therapeutic intervention. All children and young people will be engaged in education, whilst ensuring appropriate safe guarding measures are in place and adhered to. This approach facilitates the optimum environment for our children and young people, along with their families to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Our ultimate aim is to support children and young people to successfully achieve a permanent home, whether that is by returning to their families, moving to a foster home, remaining in a residential care home or transitioning to independence. We endeavour to ensure children and young people have the best chance of achieving positive outcomes for the rest of their life.
If a return home is considered possible, our Director of Care, who is a qualified Social Worker with an abundance of experience, offers an assessment service to Local Authorities to assist in the identification of risk and need, to inform next steps.
